  1. By accessing or making a purchase through our Antique Rug Gallery website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

  2. All rug descriptions, ages, origins, and condition notes are provided in good faith based on expert evaluation, but due to the handmade and vintage nature of each piece, we do not guarantee absolute uniformity or perfection.

  3. Ownership and title of any rug purchased transfer to you only after we receive full payment, including all applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  4. Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of delivery, provided the rug is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached; return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was misrepresented.

  5. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
